- 500g pork spare ribs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 🥕 1 carrot, cut into chunks
Liquids
- 350cc beer
- 80cc barbecue sauce
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1 tbsp olive oil

Season the pork spare ribs with salt and pepper.

Cut the onion into wedges and the carrot into chunks.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, add the pork spare ribs, and sear until browned. Remove from the pot.

Add onion, carrot, beer, and barbecue sauce to the pot. Stir and bring to a boil. Return the spare ribs to the pot, cover, and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes.
