- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers (60g), sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
步驟

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice thinly. Slice the onion thinly.

Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.

In a pot, add the onion, bacon, and seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, pepper, and water). Heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 2 minutes until the onion softens. Add the bell peppers and heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
