Bread
- 🍞 1 English muffin
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 20g shredded pizza cheese
Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
- 🥬 1 green leaf lettuce
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Butter
- 🧈 20g salted butter (10g x 2)
步驟
Cut the English muffin in half.
Thinly slice the bell pepper and carrot, place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Crack the egg into a bowl, mix well, then add shredded pizza cheese, sliced vegetables, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Heat 10g of butter in a frying pan, add the egg mixture, and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from the pan.
Heat the remaining 10g of butter in the frying pan, add the English muffin halves, and toast until golden brown.
Assemble the sandwich by layering green leaf lettuce, ketchup, the omelette, and mayonnaise between the English muffin halves.
