Main
- 40g glass noodles
- 4 sticks imitation crab
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Egg Garnish
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 a pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp salad oil
Dressing
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Soak glass noodles in hot water until transparent, drain, and cut into manageable lengths.
Julienne the cucumber and shred the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all ingredients for the egg garnish except salad oil in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, spread thinly, cook until dry on the surface, flip, lightly cook the other side, cool, and julienne into thin strips.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl, mix well, add glass noodles, and toss. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
