- 🧈 150g unsalted butter
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 300g cream cheese
Egg
- 🥚 6 eggs
Sugar
- 🧂 200g sugar
Flour
- 🌾 360g cake flour
Baking Powder
- 🧂 6g baking powder
Fruit
- 1 handful frozen blueberries
步驟
Measure softened butter and cream cheese.
Use a hand mixer to blend butter and cream cheese for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Gradually add sugar in three portions while mixing with the hand mixer.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing slowly after each addition.
Sift cake flour and baking powder into the mixture and gently fold until combined.
Add frozen blueberries directly into the batter and mix gently.
Line muffin tins with parchment paper and fill each cup to 80% full.
Preheat oven to 185°C and bake for 25 minutes.
Cool muffins on a wire rack before serving.
