- 🍗 1kg chicken thighs
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Sauce
- 5 tbsp gochujang
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp rice wine
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
步驟
Tenderize chicken thighs by scoring them lightly with a knife.
Season chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, plum extract, corn syrup, chili powder, and rice wine in a bowl.
Heat grape seed oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Pan-fry chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides.
Remove excess oil from the pan using kitchen towels.
Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and simmer until fully absorbed.
Serve the chicken on a bed of fresh greens, such as scallions or chives.
