- 1/3 radish
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1/2 to 1 cup corn syrup
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp spicy red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 a pinch of sesame seeds
- 🌰 a pinch of black sesame seeds

Peel and slice the radish into thin strips.

Mix the radish slices with salt and let them sit for 15 minutes to release moisture.

Combine corn syrup, fish sauce, plum extract, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, and both types of red pepper powder in a bowl.

Add the drained radish slices and chopped green onion to the seasoning mixture.
