Basic Ingredients
- 🥔 20 baby potatoes
- 🧄 20 garlic cloves
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly with a clean scrubber to remove any dirt.
Peel and wash the garlic cloves. If whole garlic is unavailable, use minced garlic as a substitute.
Place the potatoes in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Add 1/3 tsp of salt and boil on medium heat for about 15 minutes until tender.
Combine soy sauce, water, cooking wine, and sugar in the pot. Add the garlic cloves and simmer until the garlic is tender.
Add honey, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Stir well to coat the potatoes evenly.
