Main Ingredients
- 🍗 3 chicken wings (180g)
- 🥚 1 soft-boiled egg
- 🥬 6cm daikon (180g)
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water

Cut the daikon in half lengthwise, then slice into 2cm thick half-moons.

Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water) to the rice cooker pot and mix. Add daikon and chicken wings, then start the regular cooking cycle.

Once cooked, add the soft-boiled egg, close the lid, and let it sit on the warm setting for 15 minutes.
