- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
Vegetables
- 10cm daikon (300g), peeled and sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 50cc sake
- 50cc ponzu sauce
- 💧 100cc water
Garnish
- Kaiware sprouts, as needed
步驟
Peel and slice the daikon into half-moon pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sear the chicken wings on all sides over medium heat until browned.
Add daikon, sake, ponzu sauce, and water to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover with a drop lid and regular lid, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes until the daikon is tender.
Remove the lids and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes to reduce the sauce.
Serve on a plate and garnish with kaiware sprouts.
