- 250g pork belly block
Vegetable
- 400g daikon, cut into chunks
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Egg
- 🥚 3 boiled eggs
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 400ml water
- 1 piece ginger, sliced
步驟
Cut pork belly into 2cm wide pieces and halve them. Cut daikon into 2cm wide chunks and quarter them. Slice ginger into four pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add pork belly and daikon, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add all seasoning ingredients and mix lightly. Skim off any foam, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove the lid and simmer over medium heat for 5–10 minutes to reduce the liquid. Add boiled eggs and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
