Main Ingredients
- 🍢 1.5 blocks of tofu
- 🥓 400g pork belly
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 🧅 1.5 onions, chopped
- 🌱 120g green onion, sliced
- 2 green chili peppers, sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 cup anchovy stock
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- a pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 a pinch of sesame seeds
Optional Ingredients
- 1 special stock cube
步驟
Cut the tofu into thick slices, sprinkle with salt, and pat dry with a paper towel to remove moisture.
Chop the onion coarsely, and slice the green onion and green chili peppers.
In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Heat a pot on high heat, cook the pork belly until 60-70% done, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In the same pot, sear the tofu slices on both sides until golden.
Layer half of the sauce in the pot, followed by the tofu, pork belly, the remaining sauce, and pour in the anchovy stock. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the eggs and cook until they are soft-boiled. Serve hot.
