- 🍖 250g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 200g bamboo shoots (boiled)
Spices
- 🌱 2 slices ginger
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 400cc water
- 🍶 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
步驟
Cut the pork belly into 2cm wide pieces.
Cut the bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces.
Place the pork in a pot, cover with water (not listed in ingredients), and heat over medium. Once boiling, skim off the scum, add ginger, and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain the water.
Return the pork to the pot, add water and the seasonings marked with ☆. Heat over medium until boiling, then reduce to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes. Add bamboo shoots, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
