- 1/2 radish, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- A small amount of green onion
- A small amount of chili
Seasonings
- 100ml soy sauce
- 200ml water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

Slice the radish and onion into appropriate sizes. Add green onion and chili on top. Avoid cutting too thick to ensure even cooking.

Prepare the seasoning by mixing 200ml water, 100ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp chili powder, and a small amount of chili. Stir well.

Pour the seasoning over the radish and vegetables. Cover the pot and simmer until the radish is tender and the sauce is reduced.
