Fish and Vegetables
- 🐟 2 slices yellowtail (200g)
- 🥗 300g daikon radish
Seasonings
- 🍶 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
Additional Ingredients
- 3 slices ginger
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 piece julienned ginger
步驟
Cut the daikon into 1.5cm thick slices, peel the skin thickly, and cut into quarter-rounds.
In a storage bag, combine all seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce). Add the daikon and yellowtail, seal the bag while removing air, and gently shake to coat evenly. Freeze the bag for later use.
Place the frozen yellowtail and daikon set, ginger slices, and water into a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then skim off any foam. Cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until the daikon is tender.
Serve on a plate and garnish with julienned ginger.
