- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦪 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1.5 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Separate broccoli into small florets. Remove stems from cherry tomatoes. Mince garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add clams and mix. Then add broccoli and sake, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 4 minutes until clam shells open.
Uncover the pan, add cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook 1 minute less than the package instructions.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix over medium heat for about 1 minute.
