- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli florets
- 75g red bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp marmalade jam
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper

Season the pork with salt and pepper.

Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets and red bell pepper into irregular chunks.

Steam broccoli in a pan with 3 tbsp water for 2 minutes, then drain.

Heat salad oil in the pan, stir-fry pork until its color changes, then add broccoli and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
