Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 lotus root, sliced
Seafood
- 🍤 10 peeled shrimp
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 100 ml water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
步驟
Separate broccoli into small florets and slice lotus root into 3mm half-moon shapes.
Defrost shrimp, remove veins, pat dry, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a pan, stir-fry lotus root until translucent, then add broccoli and stir briefly.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, water, ginger) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
Add shrimp, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add sesame oil and mix well before serving.
