Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, boiled and mashed

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
步驟
Slice the bread rolls horizontally to prepare them.
Blanch the broccoli for 30 seconds, then chop finely. Boil the eggs for 15 minutes until hard-boiled, then mash or chop them. Finely chop the onion and sauté lightly.
Mix the chopped broccoli, eggs, and onion with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to create the sandwich filling.
Fill the bread rolls with the prepared sandwich filling.
