Chicken
- 🍗 100g chicken breast (skinless)
Vegetables
- 1 pack broccoli sprouts
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp sake
Dressing
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce (3x concentrated)
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 tsp chicken steaming liquid
步驟
Pierce the chicken breast with a fork several times. Place it in a microwave-safe container, season with salt and sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until cooked. Let it cool slightly, separate the chicken from the steaming liquid, and shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the roots off the broccoli sprouts. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half horizontally.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame, and steaming liquid). Add the chicken, broccoli sprouts, and cherry tomatoes, and toss to combine.
