步驟
Cut the broccoli florets and set aside the stems for other use.
Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water briefly.
Cool the blanched broccoli in cold water and drain well.
Mash the tofu using the back of a knife or a fork.
Mix the mashed tofu with miso paste, sesame seeds, and perilla oil.
Combine the cooled broccoli with the tofu mixture and mix well.
