Main Ingredients
- 1 serving buckwheat noodles
- 1 handful baby leaf vegetables
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1/2 red bell pepper
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
步驟
Boil buckwheat noodles for 4 minutes in boiling water.
Cook eggs into thin omelets in a lightly oiled pan.
Slice the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Roll the omelet and slice it into thin strips.
Rinse the cooked noodles under running water several times and drain well.
Mix the dressing ingredients together, adding olive oil gradually while stirring.
Arrange vegetables, noodles, omelet strips, and bell pepper on a plate and serve with the dressing.
