Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- As needed salad oil
Bulgogi Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Burrito Wrap
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 💧 300cc water
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Slice the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips and cut the onion into thin slices.
Mix beef, bell peppers, onion, and bulgogi sauce ingredients in a large microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Stir and microwave again for 2 minutes until the beef is cooked.
Combine burrito wrap ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil spread thinly using a paper towel. Pour 1/3 of the batter and spread thinly over low heat.
Cook the wrap until golden brown and dry on the surface. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat to make three wraps.
Place a wrap on plastic wrap, add 1/3 of the bulgogi mixture, fold the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat for all wraps. Optionally, cut in half before serving.
