Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets buri (yellowtail)
Mushroom
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 1 eringi mushroom (50g)
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 50cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Bread
- 🍞 Sliced baguette, as needed
步驟
Sprinkle salt on the buri fillets, wrap them, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and chop finely. Chop the eringi mushroom finely. Mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a frying pan. Add the buri fillets and cook over medium-low heat until the fish changes color.
Break the buri fillets into smaller pieces using a spatula in the pan. Add the shimeji and eringi mushrooms, mix well, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve on sliced baguette.
