Fish
- 200g buri fillet
Vegetables
- 300g cabbage, chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
步驟
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, slice the carrot into half-moon shapes, and thinly slice the onion.
Cut the buri fillet into three equal pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the buri fillet, and cook until both sides are browned.
Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Pour the mixed seasoning into the pan and stir-fry everything together.
