- 2 slices buri fillet (160g)
Vegetables
- 3cm white part of negi

- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
