- 🥩 150g beef short ribs
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 new potato
- 5 green beans
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟
Wash the new potato thoroughly with skin on, cut into quarters, then slice into 5mm thick pieces. Soak in water and drain.
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into thirds.
Place the potato and green beans in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan over medium-low heat until the garlic turns golden. Remove the garlic.
Add the beef to the same pan and cook over medium heat until the color changes. Add the potatoes and green beans, and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper, stir until the flavors are well combined. Return the garlic to the pan and lightly sauté.
