Meat Filling
- 💧 50cc water
- 🍗 100g ground chicken
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 🥛 1 tbsp plain yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp consomme
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🥜 1 tbsp sweetened peanut butter
- 🍅 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dough
- 150g bread flour
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 💧 80cc water
步驟
Mix all meat filling ingredients in a microwave-safe container.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave again for 2 minutes. Let cool.
Sift bread flour, curry powder, and baking powder into a bowl.
Add sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and water. Knead until the dough is no longer sticky. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll each into a 12cm circle, place filling in the center, and seal by gathering the edges. Place seam-side down.
Line a frying pan with parchment paper, place buns on top, add water underneath the parchment, cover, and steam over low heat for 10 minutes.
