- 🍗 125g skinless chicken breast
- 🧅 50g minced onion
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 🥛 50g unsweetened yogurt
- 🧈 10g melted salted butter
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
Finishing Ingredients
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 15g pizza cheese
步驟
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Place the chicken, curry powder, yogurt, melted butter, garlic, cumin, and consomme into a plastic bag and massage to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Mince the onion finely.
Add the marinated chicken, minced onion, and canned tomatoes into the rice cooker. Mix well and cook using the regular rice cooking setting. Once cooked, add salt, butter, and cheese, and mix until well combined.
