- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish
- Ponzu sauce to taste

Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into 3cm pieces.

Place the yellowtail fillets and enoki mushrooms in a large microwave-safe dish. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle sake over, and place butter on top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.

Microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes until cooked through. Plate the dish, pour the steaming liquid over, and garnish with ponzu sauce and chopped green onion.
