- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 scallions, cut into 2cm pieces
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough cornstarch to coat
- Sprinkle of white sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch. Cut scallions into 2cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and scallions, cooking until browned. Flip and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

Add sake, soy sauce, and butter to the pan. Stir to coat the chicken and scallions evenly. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
