- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 100g boiled bamboo shoots
- 3 pods broad beans
Cooking Liquids
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
Oils
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Eggs
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
Seasonings
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
步驟
Slice the bamboo shoots into thin, bite-sized pieces. Remove the broad beans from their pods and peel the thin skin.
Cut the bacon into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook the spaghetti. Add the broad beans 3 minutes before the spaghetti is done. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and bamboo shoots, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the reserved pasta water, cooked spaghetti, broad beans, and the seasonings (butter, soy sauce, and pepper). Stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.
Divide the pasta into serving plates and place an onsen egg in the center of each plate.
