- 🥬 1/8 cabbage, diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced

- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
Condiments
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
Herbs
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion

- 500cc rice water

Dice cabbage and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare thinly sliced beef for cooking.
