Main Ingredients
- 🥩 50g beef for stir-fry
- 🥬 45g cabbage
- 🍄 25g mushrooms
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of avocado oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Beef Marinade
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 0.25 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Mix soy sauce, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Place the beef on a paper towel to remove excess blood.
Marinate the beef with the prepared sauce.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the mushrooms by cutting them into suitable sizes.
Heat avocado oil in a pan, add a pinch of salt, and stir-fry the cabbage.
Stir-fry the mushrooms until tender.
Stir-fry the marinated beef until fully cooked.
Combine the cabbage, mushrooms, and beef in the pan and stir-fry together. Add a pinch of pepper.
Serve rice on a plate, top with the stir-fried mixture, drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
