- 🥕 1 turnip, grated

- 💧 300 ml water

Remove the tendons from the chicken breasts and slice them diagonally. Coat both sides with potato starch.

In a pot, combine sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water. Bring to a boil and add the chicken. Cook over medium heat.
