- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head (300g) cabbage
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🥛 200cc unsweetened soy milk
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Liquid
- 💧 150cc water
步驟
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, separating the leaves and stems. Slice the carrot into thin pieces after cutting it into quarters lengthwise.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, add carrots and cabbage stems, and sauté until softened. Add cabbage leaves and sauté briefly. Sprinkle flour and stir until no raw flour remains.
Add water, salt, and consomme. Mix well, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, add soy milk, and stir over low heat until the mixture thickens. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper.
