- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
- 🥬 200g cabbage
- 🍅 1/2 can (200g) diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 💧 200ml water
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning for Chicken
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
Additional Seasoning
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley

- 🥖 4 slices of baguette
步驟
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip and cook the other side until browned. Add cabbage and stir until coated with oil.
Add diced tomatoes, water, and consomme. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.
Add ketchup, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes to reduce the liquid.
Sprinkle shredded pizza cheese on top, cover, and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve on a plate, garnish with parsley, and accompany with baguette slices.
