- 🥬 100g cabbage, chopped

- 🦪 200g clams
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water

Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over medium-low heat until fragrant. Add clams and stir-fry, then add cabbage and stir until coated with oil.

Add cooking wine, consomme, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Once the clams open, season with salt and pepper to taste.
