Main Ingredients
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
- 3 leaves cabbage (240g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
步驟
Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm wide pieces.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1cm wide strips.
In a microwave-safe container, mix the seasonings (salt, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Add the cabbage and tofu, mixing well to coat evenly.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, or until the cabbage softens. Remove and let cool slightly with the wrap still on.
