- 1 tbsp dried hijiki
- 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds

Soak dried hijiki in a bowl of water according to package instructions, then drain well.

Cut cabbage into 5mm strips against the grain. Place in a separate bowl, add salt, and massage lightly. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until softened, then squeeze out excess water.

In another bowl, combine hijiki, cabbage, canned corn, and the seasonings. Mix well.
