- 🥬 200g cabbage, cut into 3cm pieces
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- A pinch of black pepper

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the cabbage into 3cm square pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the mackerel and break it apart while lightly stir-frying.

Spread the cabbage in the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds over medium heat.

Remove the lid, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the cabbage softens, then add ponzu sauce and black pepper. Stir to combine.
