- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Seafood
- 1/3 piece (15g) pollock roe
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable
- 🥬 80g cabbage, cut into 2cm pieces
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 100ml water

Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares.

Make a slit in the pollock roe and extract the contents.

Bring water and noodle sauce to a boil in a pot, then add the cabbage and simmer over medium heat until softened.

Add the pollock roe and mix briefly, then pour in the beaten eggs. Cover and cook until the eggs are semi-cooked.
