Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetable
- 🥬 150g cabbage, cut into 2cm pieces
Seasoning
- 2 tsp concentrated mentsuyu (3x)

- 💧 150ml water

Cut the cabbage into 2cm pieces.

Make a slit in the pollock roe and extract the contents.

In a frying pan, add water and mentsuyu, then bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the cabbage and simmer until softened.

Add the pollock roe and mix briefly. Pour in the beaten eggs, cover with a lid, and cook until the eggs are semi-cooked (softly set).
