- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, cut into pieces
- 🧅 100g thinly sliced onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry powder
步驟
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
Season the pork with sake, salt, and pepper, then massage the mixture. Add cornstarch and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the color changes.
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then add the cabbage and stir-fry briefly.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, pepper, mayonnaise, curry powder) and mix until everything is well-coated.
