Meat
- 🐖 150g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🥬 300g cabbage, chopped
- 4 slices ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 500ml water

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and julienne the ginger.

Mix all the ingredients for the garlic ponzu sauce in a bowl.

Heat the sake and water in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add the cabbage and sprinkle the ginger on top. Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

Add the pork slices one by one, spreading them out to cook evenly. Serve with the garlic ponzu sauce.
