- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage, shredded
- 🥔 2 potatoes, shredded
Cooking Essentials
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧀 2 tbsp powdered cheese
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Condiments
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Ketchup to taste
- 🌿 Parsley for garnish
步驟
Shred the cabbage and potatoes. Soak the potatoes in water and drain well.
In a bowl, combine the shredded vegetables with flour, potato starch, powdered cheese, egg, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Spoon the mixture into the pan, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3–4 minutes. Remove the lid, flip the galette, and cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Serve with mayonnaise, ketchup, and parsley as desired.
