- 🥚 1 boiled egg

- 1 tbsp vinegar

Thinly slice the cabbage and cut the boiled egg into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water, drain, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes with a loose wrap.

Mash the potatoes while warm, let them cool slightly, and mix with the condiments (mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and black pepper).
