Fish
- 🐟 2 salmon fillets
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head of cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Dairy
- 🥛 200cc soy milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Other
- 💧 100cc water
- 2 tbsp flour for vegetables
- Flour for salmon as needed
步驟
Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with flour. Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces and cut onion into 6 wedges.
Heat half of the butter (10g) in a frying pan, add salmon, and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides and fully cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining butter (10g) to the pan, melt it, and sauté cabbage and onion over medium heat until softened.
Add flour to the pan and mix until no longer powdery. Pour in water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5–6 minutes.
Add soy milk and miso, stirring to dissolve. Return salmon to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and heat until thickened.
