- 🦪 1 can (40g) scallop flakes
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage
- 1/2 piece minced ginger

- 🥛 200cc milk
Seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 200cc water

Separate cabbage leaves and stems. Cut leaves into bite-sized pieces and stems into 1cm cubes. Mince the ginger.

In a pot, add scallop can (including the liquid), minced ginger, and seasonings (chicken stock, salt, pepper, water). Bring to a boil.

Add cabbage to the pot, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes. Add milk and warm through.
