- 🦪 1 can (65g) scallop flakes
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage (150g), diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water

Dice the cabbage and onion into 1cm cubes.

Add the scallop can (including its juice), cabbage, onion, and seasonings to a pot. Bring to a boil.

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes.
